Finally able to have a bigger kitchen to cater for bigger order. Upgraded into a food establishment licence so that cookies can be sold at retailers' shelves in future.

The  6~9 months journey from finding the location to getting approval from NEA/URA/SFA to renovation and testing out new baking equipment is a tiring but happy process. You just never get tired when comes to doing something that you have a passion and fully committed to it.
